Jack and Knife logo process and options

Draft of one of a logo. Jack represents a friendly place to go or drinking. Knife represents the food side of the business. The restaurant has a shared plate option.
The client liked the name JackKnife but after research concluded that it didn’t fit the friendly vibe of the restaurant so they changed the name slightly to be more inclusive while retaining the catchy feel.
